Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at support@thatonestreet.com. We will provide a return address and guide you through the return process. A refund or replacement will be issued as per your preference once the returned product is received and inspected. We may request additional information to process your claim.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please be aware that, unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellation requests once an order has been placed. This is due to our system automatically and immediately sending all orders to our fulfillment center for processing, where they begin to be prepared for shipment right away. As a result, we are not able to intercept or modify orders once this process has started. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the product after use.

Restocking Fees

Please note that all approved returns are subject to a restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount once the return has been processed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.

Non-Refundable Situations
